Orders are dispatched on Tuesday and Thursday mornings via NZ Post Courier, which typically offers overnight delivery (depending on location and courier conditions). If there are any delays with shipping, our team will promptly inform you.

🌱 Shipping Guarantee:
We take great care in packaging your plants, but if any significantly damaged during transit, they will be eligible for a replacement.
If the same plant is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund, based on your preference.
