Shipping policy

🌿 Pre-Orders:
Plants pre-ordered will be shipped in mid-November. Customers will receive a confirmation email prior to dispatch with delivery details.

📦 Shipping Days:
Orders are dispatched on Monday and Wednesday mornings via NZ Post Courier, which typically offers overnight delivery (depending on location and courier conditions).

🌱 Shipping Guarantee:
We take great care in packaging your plants, but if any significantly damaged during transit, they will be eligible for a replacement.
If the same plant is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund, based on your preference.
