When will my order be shipped?
Products on preorder will be shipped Mid-November. We will ensure to contact you prior to shipping.
Products ordered after November will be shipped either Monday or Wednesday Morning.
My plant was damaged in shipping, how can I claim a new plant?
Please message us through our contact page with a picture of your damaged plant within a resonable timeframe (1 week) and we will arrange to reship your plant
I would like a refund, how can I go about this?
Please message us through our contact page and arrange for your plant to be reshipped, we will refund your payment. Please note that this can not be claimed if plants are damaged due to neglect. Shipping costs can not be covered by us.
Do you have a physical store? Can I pick up my plant?
At the moment we do not have a physical store, however you are more than welcome to pick up your plant from our address we provide. Please wait to pick up your plants (especially pre-orders) until we send out a verification email.
I am interested in buying a large number of plants, do you offer bulk rates?
Yes, if you are buying a reasonably large number of plants (50+), get in touch through our Contact page and we can discuss your situation.
Many of your plants are exotic, have they been inspected/cleared properly?
Yes, all of our plants that are grown from imported seed have been inspected by MPI at the border and have been commerically imported by a broker through correct channels, rest assured.
